Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner
  • Understand client requirements, concerns, and queries clearly
  • Provide accurate information about services, processes, or updates
  • Maintain proper call etiquette and ensure positive client experience

2. Issue Handling & Resolution

  • Identify client issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Escalate complex concerns to the concerned team or manager
  • Follow up with clients until the issue is fully resolved

3. Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, support, etc.)
  • Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients on ongoing cases

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of client interactions, calls, and updates
  • Update CRM/tools with accurate client information
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on call status and client updates

5. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Handle difficult conversations professionally

6. Process Adherence

  • Follow company policies and communication guidelines
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information

Preferred Candidate Profile Client Relationship / Support Role

1. Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally

2. Experience

  • 03 years of experience in client handling / customer support / calling roles
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered

3. Skills & Abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Adhere to defined workflows and timelines
