Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations in the Opulent & Interiors division, based in Mumbai. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client queries promptly and effectively. Responsibilities include providing exceptional support to clients, managing communication channels, understanding client needs, and presenting relevant solutions for auctions of opulent items. The individual will also play a critical role in enhancing client experiences while driving engagement and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, architects.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with luxury interior and opulent décor offerings.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and promptness.
  • Ensure a premium customer experience from inquiry to project completion.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to strengthen engagement and generate repeat business.
  • Assist in presentations, client meetings, and project discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and sales progress.
  • Stay updated on luxury interior trends, materials, furnishings, and market developments.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in client relations, luxury interiors, real estate, hospitality, or high-end retail.
  • Experience working with premium clientele and luxury brands will be preferred.
