Position OverviewAs a Client Account Executive / Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact between the client and the internal recruitment team. This is not just a coordination role – it requires ownership, strategy, and strong execution. You'll be responsible for understanding the client's hiring needs, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates, and maintaining a strong, professional relationship with clients.
This role demands a blend of client management, recruitment expertise, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and trust.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Understand detailed job requirements shared by clients and ensure accurate transmission of the same to the recruitment team.
- Recruitment Delivery Oversight:
- Coordinate with the sourcing and recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates as per the client's expectations.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor recruitment metrics (submission-to-hire ratio, TAT, etc.), and provide regular updates and performance reports to clients.
- Issue Resolution:
- Act as the escalation point for any client-side concerns related to delivery, candidate quality, or recruitment process gaps.
- Client Retention & Growth:
- Work towards expanding business with existing clients by delivering excellent service and identifying new business opportunities within those accounts.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all documentation related to clients and candidates is maintained accurately, including agreements, contracts, and service-level details.
Skills & Experience Required- Minimum 2 years of experience in the staffing industry with a strong background in domestic hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in handling client accounts or playing a client-facing role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using ATS, job portals, and basic MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
