Admore Promotions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Telecaller cum Front Desk Executive to handle front office operations, client coordination, tele calling, and lead follow-ups
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage front desk and greet visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
Perform tele calling and follow up with prospective clients
Pitch company services and support lead generation activities
Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients/internal teams
Maintain client database and daily follow-up records
Support basic administrative and office coordination activities
Assist with attendance records and basic HR coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
Requirements
1–2 years experience in Telecalling, Front Desk, Reception or Client Coordination
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Telugu added advantage)
Strong client handling and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
Professional attitude with good organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Telesales or lead generation experience is an added advantage
Experience in advertising/marketing industry preferred
Salary : up to ₹20,000/Month
