Job Description

Role: Client Relationship Executive

Department: Events / Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements.
  • Share event details, packages, and updates with clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met.
  • Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and feedback.
  • Maintain client records and update the status of each event.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing basic reports.
  • Support the team during events when required.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle client queries politely and clearly
  • Time management and teamwork
