Role: Client Relationship Executive
Department: Events / Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements.
- Share event details, packages, and updates with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and feedback.
- Maintain client records and update the status of each event.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing basic reports.
- Support the team during events when required.

- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle client queries politely and clearly
- Time management and teamwork
