We are looking for a Design & Business Development Consultant who can understand client requirements, introduce them to the right design solutions and build strong relationships throughout the initial stages of a project.

What you'll do:

• Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements, preferences, budget and project expectations.
• Act as the first point of contact between the client and Innov Arch.
• Explain our architectural, interior design and turnkey services in a clear and engaging manner.
• Coordinate with our architects and designers to develop suitable proposals and presentations for clients.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits and design discussions.
• Present concepts, layouts, 3D visuals, material options and project proposals to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients and take projects through the consultation and proposal stage.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, social media, real estate connections and other channels.
• Maintain proper records of client discussions, requirements and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to project commencement.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in architecture, interiors, real estate, construction or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of architectural/interior design concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to understand a client's requirements and translate them into suitable design solutions.
• Confident personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with premium residential and commercial clients.
• Candidates with experience in architecture/interior design sales, client servicing, business development or design consulting will be preferred.
