Qualification

* MBA (Marketing / International Business / Business Development preferred)

* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)

* Additional language skills are an advantage

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and professional **MBA graduate** to work closely with the **Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)**. The role involves travelling across India and internationally to meet clients, support business expansion, present company offerings, and build strong long-term relationships.

This position requires high professionalism, strong presentation skills, and the ability to represent the company at senior-level meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Meetings & Travel

* Travel with the CMO to client meetings across India and international locations

* Represent the company in business meetings, conferences, and exhibitions

* Assist in presenting company profile, proposals, and project offerings

* Coordinate client appointments and meeting schedules

Business Development Support

* Identify potential clients and new business opportunities

* Support lead generation and follow-ups

* Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports

* Assist CMO in closing deals and partnerships

Relationship Management

* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

* Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and meetings

* Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement

Market Research

* Study market trends, competitors, and new opportunities

* Provide strategic inputs to CMO for expansion

* Prepare reports and insights from meetings and travel

Coordination & Reporting

* Maintain travel reports, meeting MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

* Coordinate with internal teams for project updates

* Track client requirements and ensure timely response

Skills Required

* Strong communication & presentation skills

* Professional personality & confidence

* Willingness to travel frequently (Domestic & International)

* Good understanding of marketing and business strategy

* Ability to handle high-level client interactions

* Proficiency in MS Office / PowerPoint / Excel

* Smart, proactive and result oriented

Experience

* 05 years (Fresh MBA candidates can apply)

* Experience in client handling or business development preferred
