The impact that you will be making
This role is responsible for successfully onboarding and implementing our products—BaseSmart, PromoSmart, and MarkSmart—for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless adoption, configuration, and long-term success.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on implementation professional who can bridge business requirements with product capabilities, while working closely with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What This Role Entails
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS products for enterprise customers
- Drive customer onboarding, solution configuration, and deployment activities
- Gather and translate business requirements into product configurations
- Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and go-live readiness
- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and product demonstrations
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT, and production rollouts
- Troubleshoot functional and data-related issues during implementation
- Work closely with internal product, engineering, and solution teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on product usage and best practices
- Ensure smooth post-go-live adoption and ongoing customer success
What Lands You In This Role
- 5–10 years of experience in SaaS product implementation, client delivery, or related roles
Product Implementation
- Strong experience implementing SaaS products for enterprise customers
- Hands-on involvement in onboarding, deployment, and customer delivery
- Experience managing customer-facing implementation projects
Data & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, data validation)
- Experience working with databases, tables, and data models
- Understanding of data flows, integrations, and system configurations
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues
Functional & Product Understanding
- Strong ability to understand business processes and map them to product capabilities
- Experience working with complex workflows and explaining them to customers
- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and guide customers effectively
Retail / Pricing Domain Knowledge
Experience In One Or More Of The Following
- Pricing & Promotions
- Markdown Optimization
- Retail Analytics
- Category Management
- Retail Merchandising
- FMCG / CPG / Grocery Retail
Good to Have
- Experience with retail SaaS platforms such as Revionics, DemandTec, Blue Yonder, Nielsen, Circana, SAP Retail, TPM/TPO tools, or similar
- Exposure to APIs, ETL processes, and cloud-based applications
- Experience working with US or European retail clients
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
