Client Performance Strategist

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Client Performance Strategist to join our Team. In this critical, client-facing role, you will act as a first responder for underperforming SEO accounts. You will be responsible for diagnosing performance gaps, validating data integrity, and creating high-impact recovery roadmaps.

Core Objectives:

• Diagnose & Recover: Proactively identify SEO risks and underperformance in assigned accounts; lead the strategy to turn them around.
• Drive Accountability: Manage detailed action trackers and lead cross-functional delivery (Content, Dev, PPC) to ensure initiatives are implemented on time.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical/analytical insights into clear, actionable performance narratives for Account Managers and clients.
• Scale Excellence: Develop diagnostic playbooks and standardized processes to improve agency-wide recovery and quality standards.

What You Need:

• 5+ years of agency-side SEO experience.
• Deep expertise in GSC, GA4, and industry-standard tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog).
• Exceptional root-cause analysis skills—you can distinguish between measurement errors and genuine business performance issues.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and steer client strategy without direct authority.
