Role Overview
As a Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to Sourcebae's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Expand key accounts by understanding client hiring needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Engage with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Client Partnerships, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in tech, staffing, recruitment, or SaaS environments is preferred.
- Proven track record of hunting new accounts and growing existing relationships.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A commercial mindset with a bias for action—someone who drives deals to closure.
- Comfortable engaging with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers.
Nice to Have
- Background in IT staffing, developer marketplaces, or recruitment platforms.
- An existing network within the tech hiring ecosystem.
