Role Overview

As a Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to Sourcebae's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Expand key accounts by understanding client hiring needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Partnerships, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in tech, staffing, recruitment, or SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Proven track record of hunting new accounts and growing existing relationships.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A commercial mindset with a bias for action—someone who drives deals to closure.
  • Comfortable engaging with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers.

Nice to Have

  • Background in IT staffing, developer marketplaces, or recruitment platforms.
  • An existing network within the tech hiring ecosystem.
