Drive new client acquisition across enterprise and mid-market technology accounts.
Build and manage a strong pipeline for staff augmentation and tech services.
Engage with CIO/CTO/Head of Engineering stakeholders to understand needs.
Pitch and position our capabilities across Cloud, Data, SAP, Salesforce & Digital Engineering.
Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting proposal negotiation closure.
Expand existing accounts through farming, mining, and cross-selling opportunities.
Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfilment and quality.
Track revenue, forecast accuracy, and ensure strong governance & client satisfaction.
Resolve delivery challenges proactively and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve growth targets with accountability, ownership, and strong execution discipline.
