The Role

  • Take clients through consultation → portfolio construction → ongoing advisory. You're the bridge between what they need and what our investment team delivers.
  • Solve operational friction: KYC workflows, compliance documentation, custodial coordination, reporting issues. You unblock and make sure nothing falls between seats.
  • Advise with conviction: you understand how Optima builds client portfolios, you know our philosophy.
  • Grow AUM through trust: clients feel lightness about their wealth because you carry the complexity.
  • Proactively find ways to contribute to other parts of the business.

Who This Is For

  • Professional qualification: CA, CFA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years in the securities market, with at least 2 years in Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, or Fund Management
  • NISM Series XXI-B certification (willing to obtain post-hire if needed)
  • Short notice period/Immediate Starter
