Job Title: Client Partner – IT Services and Solutions

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:

Movate is seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Partner to drive growth and deepen relationships across key enterprise accounts in the IT Services and Solutions domain. This role demands a consultative leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise client engagements across Enterprise Technical support services, Digital Engineering, Cloud & Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence

As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for account growth, client satisfaction, and solution orchestration, working closely with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CXOs and senior stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships by understanding client business goals and aligning solutions accordingly.
  1. Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate new leads and convert them into profitable business engagements
  • Develop and present proposals and contracts to clients
  • Drive YoY revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify white space opportunities across support services, digital transformation, and AI-led initiatives.
  1. Solutioning & Advisory
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
  • Lead proactive transformation discussions around support, AI/ML adoption, and digital engineering.
  1. Market & Competitor Intelligence
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to position differentiated offerings.
  1. Delivery Governance & Escalation Management
  • Act as escalation point for operational issues and drive resolution with internal teams.
  • Oversee the delivery of Digital and IT services to ensure they meet client expectations and contractual obligations
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns promptly
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients to create synergy and maximize portfolio success.

Requirements:

  1. 15–20 years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a client-facing leadership role.
  2. Enterprise Product Support / Enterprise Service Selling background including Tech Support, Customer Success, and Professional services
  3. Cybersecurity skillset will be an added advantage
  4. Consultative and value driven selling approach
  5. Proven successful experience in closing complex deals / solutions
  6. Trusted advisor to technology leaders, bring appropriate case studies and industry use cases into customer conversation to build confidence
  7. Understanding of digital and AI transformation with ability to explain forward looking impact to customer experience and engineer's productivity due to implementation of AI based solutions
  8. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation and consultative selling skills.
  9. Good business acumen and judgement to prioritize leads with higher probability of closure, experience in contract negotiations, pricing and PnL
  10. Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar accounts across geographies (preferably US/Europe).
  11. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
