Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Client Partner to drive business growth, manage strategic client relationships, and expand our Microsoft and AI services portfolio across domestic / US markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology sales, account management, and digital transformation consulting, with expertise in Microsoft technologies, Cloud, Data, AI, and Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and account expansion across India / North America
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for Microsoft and AI-led solutions
  • .Identify opportunities in Cloud, Data & Analytics, Generative AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Managed Services
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and account growth plans
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, and Microsoft technology roadmaps
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions
  • Lead discovery discussions, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Articulate business value and ROI for AI, Cloud, Automation, and Microsoft platform investments

.Account Management

  • Manage strategic accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing customers
  • Support delivery governance and proactively address client escalations
  • Build relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft sales teams, partner channels, and alliance stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging AI technologies

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in IT services sales, consulting, or account management
  • Proven experience selling Microsoft solutions and services in US / Indian markets
  • Strong understanding of

  • Microsoft 365
  • Data & Analytics
  • AI / Generative AI solutions
  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong proposal management, negotiation, and commercial skills
  • Ability to work with global teams and manage complex sales cycles

.Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Microsoft partners or Microsoft ecosystem organizations
  • Existing network within enterprise customers in India and/or North America
  • Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives
  • Experience selling offshore, managed services, or consulting engagements
