We are seeking a results-driven Client Partner to drive business growth, manage strategic client relationships, and expand our Microsoft and AI services portfolio across domestic / US markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology sales, account management, and digital transformation consulting, with expertise in Microsoft technologies, Cloud, Data, AI, and Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and account expansion across India / North America
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for Microsoft and AI-led solutions
- .Identify opportunities in Cloud, Data & Analytics, Generative AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Managed Services
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and account growth plans
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, and Microsoft technology roadmaps
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions
- Lead discovery discussions, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Articulate business value and ROI for AI, Cloud, Automation, and Microsoft platform investments
.Account Management
- Manage strategic accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing customers
- Support delivery governance and proactively address client escalations
- Build relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft sales teams, partner channels, and alliance stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging AI technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in IT services sales, consulting, or account management
- Proven experience selling Microsoft solutions and services in US / Indian markets

- Existing network within enterprise customers in India and/or North America
