Job Description

Role Overview

The Client Partner will be responsible for owning strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring delivery excellence for SAP-centric services. This role demands a blend of account management, consultative selling, and partnership with delivery teams to create long-term value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and nurture C-level and stakeholder relationships to position the company as a trusted partner.
  • Understand client business needs, SAP landscape, and transformation roadmaps.

Sales & Growth

  • Drive account growth through SAP-centric services (Implementation, AMS, Upgrades, S/4HANA, Cloud, Analytics).
  • Own and achieve revenue and margin targets for the client portfolio.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across SAP modules and adjacent technologies.
  • Partner with presales and solution teams to design winning proposals, RFP responses, and value propositions.

Delivery Governance

  • Work closely with delivery leads to ensure service quality, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients.
  • Escalation point for account-related delivery issues and risk mitigation.

Strategic Engagement

  • Track industry trends, SAP product innovations, and client priorities to proactively propose solutions.
  • Drive joint transformation programs with clients, such as SAP S/4HANA migrations and cloud initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with SAP and ecosystem partners to strengthen client offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1218 years of IT services experience, with at least 7+ years in SAP-centric client/account management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing $10M+ annual revenue portfolios in SAP services.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, Analytics, and AMS business models.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen experience in contracts, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Ability to collaborate with delivery, presales, and practice teams to ensure account growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Business.
  • MBA preferred.
  • SAP certifications (functional or sales-focused) a plus.
