Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to own and grow strategic client relationships, manage complex engagements, and act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams.
This role requires strong judgment, credibility with senior stakeholders, comfort with audits and technology-led programs, and the ability to travel and engage on-ground when required.
The Client Partner will play a key role in driving client success, repeat engagements, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic clients
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
- Understand client priorities, challenges, and expectations at leadership level
Engagement & Delivery Oversight
- Own end-to-end client engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality
- Coordinate with internal audit, data, and technology teams for seamless delivery
- Ensure client satisfaction, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
Audits & Reviews
- Lead and participate in audits, assessments, and review discussions with clients
- Translate audit findings and technical inputs into clear, client-friendly insights
- Support internal and external review or assurance processes
Technology & Solutions Enablement
- Work closely with product and technology teams to align solutions to client needs
- Guide clients on adoption of digital platforms and reporting tools
- Ensure smooth onboarding and usage of technology-driven solutions
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Lead senior-level client meetings, presentations, and reviews
- Communicate complex topics clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions
Growth & Expansion
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and repeat business
- Support proposal discussions, renewals, and strategic upsell opportunities
- Contribute to long-term account and partnership strategy
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience & Background
- 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Client Partner, Account Manager, Consulting Manager, Audit Manager, or Program Lead
- Strong exposure to auditing, compliance, consulting, or technology-led engagements
- Experience working with enterprise or multi-location clients preferred
Client & Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to engage confidently with senior management and decision-makers
Technology Orientation
- Comfortable working with technology platforms, dashboards, and digital tools
- Ability to bridge business, audit, and technology conversations
- Prior exposure to technology-enabled delivery models is a strong advantage
Travel & Flexibility
- Willingness to travel frequently across locations
- Comfortable managing on-site and remote engagements
