Role Description

The Client Partner, Enterprise is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, combining client engagement with work-from-home flexibility. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping organizations address critical business challenges related to leadership, culture, talent, execution and organizational performance.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, the Client Partner will lead strategic conversations to understand business priorities, diagnose organizational needs, and co-design solutions that drive measurable outcomes. The role requires the ability to connect business challenges with FranklinCovey's leadership, culture, and performance solutions, creating long-term partnerships that deliver lasting impact.

The Client Partner will collaborate with consulting, delivery and marketing teams to develop tailored client strategies, design compelling solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, consultative problem-solving, executive presence, and the ability to influence decision-makers across complex organizations.

In addition, the Client Partner will be responsible for managing strategic opportunities, driving account growth, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and continuously building market insight and executive relationships across key industries.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, consulting, or business development.
  • Background in management consulting, leadership development, learning & development, HR consulting, organizational development, or culture transformation.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts while achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage senior leaders, including C-suite and HR executives.
  • Experience identifying business challenges and translating them into impactful leadership, culture, talent, or organizational solutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline using CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
