Job Description

Role Summary

The Client Partner owns strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end, including revenue, relationships, renewals, and growth. This role focuses on expanding existing accounts, building deep stakeholder relationships, and driving consistent mandate pipelines while leading delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and expand enterprise accounts across departments and stakeholders
  • Build relationships across TA, Engineering, and business leadership
  • Activate and scale new accounts transitioned from business development
  • Generate organic mandate pipelines and drive inbound demand
  • Lead Account Managers and recruiter pods aligned to accounts
  • Maintain high client engagement through meetings, calls, and on-site presence

Who You Are

  • 6–12 years in enterprise client-facing roles (staffing, talent solutions, or B2B tech sales)
  • Experienced in navigating complex enterprise challenges (procurement, stakeholder changes, vendor cycles)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ownership mindset
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders on AI-led hiring solutions
  • Comfortable operating in high-autonomy, high-accountability environments

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
