Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow one of our largest strategic accounts based in Bengaluru. The Client Partner will serve as the single point of accountability for the client relationship, responsible for P&L, revenue growth, delivery governance, and long-term strategic partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Account Leadership & Strategy
Own the overall vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for the account
Serve as the trusted advisor to CXO and senior client stakeholders
Drive account planning, forecasting, and executive governance
Revenue Growth & P&L Management
Manage a portfolio of $5M+ with full P&L accountability
Identify and close new opportunities across service lines including data, cloud, AI, digital, application services, and managed services
Expand footprint through farming, mining, and cross-selling initiatives
Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Partner with delivery leaders to ensure high-quality execution across engagements
Orchestrate global onsite-offshore teams to meet client outcomes and SLAs
Proactively manage risks, escalations, and commercial discussions
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing account teams
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-centricity
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in IT services, with a proven track record in client partnership or strategic account management roles
Demonstrated success in managing and growing enterprise accounts of $5M or more
Strong domain understanding across data, cloud, AI, digital, and application services
Proven ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and commercial acumen
Experience leading global delivery teams in an onsite-offshore model
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience managing accounts in the BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Technology verticals
Established network within the Bengaluru enterprise ecosystem
Experience working with modern data platforms, cloud hyperscalers, and AI/ML solutions
