We are seeking a diligent Client Partner to accurately process medical claims transactions and ensure adherence to customer-provided turnaround times. This is a non-voice process role that requires strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to work in rotational shifts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive participant in all training activities and will possess a strong understanding of how their work impacts our customers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
