Job Summary:
We are recruiting for a client that is transforming digital orthodontics through AI diagnostics, 3D planning, and innovative BioSmart Shape Memory Aligners. They are looking for a Client Outreach Specialist (BDS Graduate) to connect with dental professionals, manage the sales funnel, and accelerate revenue growth through proactive communication and CRM management within a high-growth startup.
Must-have skills and tools:
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and cold-calling proficiency.
- Strong professional writing skills and business etiquette.
- Foundational understanding of orthodontics and clear aligner workflows.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to track leads and meet deadlines.
- Basic CRM awareness (training for Zoho will be provided).
- Confidence in performing outreach calls and conducting needs assessments.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with digital orthodontic software and clinical workflows.
- Prior exposure to sales, lead qualification, or business development.
- Ability to gather market feedback and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outreach to dentists and orthodontists to present digital solutions and schedule clinical demos.
- Identify high-potential leads and convert them into active clinical partners to meet revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM, tracking lead progression and conversion data.
- Compose professional proposals and refine email templates to improve engagement rates.
- Boost revenue by onboarding new clinics and ensuring first-case and recurring order activations.
- Partner with marketing teams on webinars and campaigns while relaying practitioner feedback to improve products.
