Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Outreach & Lead Generation Associate. The associate will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include contacting leads, pitching BrandBazaar's services, building lasting client relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise, ensuring a positive client experience
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience through understanding and addressing clients needs
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Experience in lead generation and/or client outreach is highly desirable
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
