Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Quantazone and the client company for all project-related communication
- Manage day-to-day project coordination, updates, and follow-ups with client stakeholders
- Understand and work with IT, cloud, and platforms (Microsoft, Zoho, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Handle support tickets, data-related issues, and basic troubleshooting at the client's end
- Coordinate with Quantazone's internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Ensure clear documentation, status reporting, and communication hygiene
- Support onboarding of new tools, applications, or workflows at the client organization.
- Track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure smooth project flow
