Job Description

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is a global leader in investment and wealth management, serving institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors worldwide.

As a Client operations Analyst, you develop, maintain, and update operational procedures that are accurate, clear, and aligned to regulatory, legal, and tax obligations. You partner with business stakeholders, legal, tax, compliance, and technology teams to translate complex requirements and system design into actionable documentation. You uphold operational governance standards, ensure robust version control and timely communication of updates, and support audits and regulatory reviews with current procedural evidence

Job Responsibilities

  • Draft and update endtoend client operations procedures with clarity, precision, and regulatory alignment
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with business, legal, tax, compliance, and technology teams to gather requirements and validate content
  • Interpret regulatory, legal, and tax changes and incorporate updates into operational documentation promptly
  • Embed operational governance, risk management, and system design best practices into procedures
  • Maintain version control, approval records, and distribution while communicating changes to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Support internal audits and regulatory examinations by providing accurate, current, and traceable procedural documentation
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to strengthen controls and increase operational efficiency

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field advanced degree acceptable
  • Minimum 2 years in procedure writing, process documentation, or operational governance within financial services or another regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, legal and tax obligations, and operational risk management effective experience working with legal, compliance, tax, and technology stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and organization, proficiency with MS Office and document management systems, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews
  • Knowledge of system design and technology integration within operational processes
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with workflow or knowledge management platforms
