Role Overview:
The Client Onboarding & Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and seamless account setup. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to facilitate timely account opening, maintaining high service standards, and addressing client requirements efficiently. Additionally, the role requires ongoing support in client servicing, with a strong focus on process adherence, turnaround time (TAT), and delivering a smooth and compliant client experience.
