We're a young asset management firm — building from first principles, and trying to raise the bar for how money is managed in India for mass affluents and HNIs. We received our PMS license in November, 2025.

Role Overview:

The Client Onboarding & Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and seamless account setup. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to facilitate timely account opening, maintaining high service standards, and addressing client requirements efficiently. Additionally, the role requires ongoing support in client servicing, with a strong focus on process adherence, turnaround time (TAT), and delivering a smooth and compliant client experience.

Hard Skills :

  • Sound understanding of account opening and onboarding documentation
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with adherence to defined workflows and controls
  • Basic understanding of banking and Demat account structures
  • Working knowledge of KYC documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage timelines effectively with a strong focus on turnaround time (TAT)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic functions and data handling
  • Ability to apply customer empathy in onboarding processes, ensuring client requirements are understood and addressed while maintaining compliance standards

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability in managing client deliverables
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and disciplined approach to work
  • Good coordination skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders
