Job Description

Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding Project Manager:   

A key member of client onboarding team who specializes and manage the technical integration between the client ERP to the bank's delivery platform using API services. The job details are 

• Manage the technical integration between the client ERP to the banks platform in areas of cash and trade.

• Facilitates client requirement gathering session to understand the technical requirement for successful integration.

• Analyze clients requirements for datamapping and file translation, to create effective functional specification documentation for development. 

• Prepare requirements and customer journey to illustrate client's solution using UOB's API, H2H products. Work with product managers and technology teams wherever necessary to overcome product gaps.

• Work closely with implementation manager on project management, delivery channel setup and connectivity, security and file testing. Including verification of client's data and Bank's payment and trade processing.

• Manage the necessary activities such as change scheduling, validation of client test cases and analysis of test results with client project team during UAT and production setup.

• Support bug fixes during System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing stages.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• At least 6 years relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution. 

Essential:

• You must be the experienced Project Manager / developer or Tester, with good experience in system integration/interfacing.

• You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery.

• Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.

• Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.

• You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.

• You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

• 3-4 Years of experience in S/W support in AS400, API, Unix Scripting & DB knowledge.

• Preferrable experiences : API protocols (Axway), Datamapping (Infomatica), Virtual Account, local payments (regional) and TT remittances.

• Familiar with tools such as Postman, GPG, JMeter, Excel Pivot.

• Strong experience in trouble shooting Networking and API related issues which reported by customers.
