We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Acquisition Intern to support our real estate sales team. The intern will assist in lead generation, client outreach, pitching real estate projects, and scheduling site visits, gaining hands-on exposure to real estate sales and client handling.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential clients through calls, online platforms, and referrals
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors
Pitch real estate projects (residential/commercial) to clients
Understand client requirements and share suitable property options
Schedule site visits and meetings for senior sales executives
Follow up with interested clients to maintain engagement
Maintain daily call reports and lead data
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client onboarding
Assist in closing deals under guidance
Eligibility & Skills Required Graduate / Undergraduate students (any stream)
Good communication skills in English & local language
Basic understanding of sales or real estate (preferred)
Confident, presentable, and goal-oriented
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
Ability to maintain professionalism with clients
