Manage customer due diligence (CDD) execution and client documentation reviews in compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to remediate CDD discrepancies and streamline client onboarding workflows.
Execute daily database screening alerts, monitoring requirements, and regular operational risk reporting.
Oversee account set-up, static data maintenance, and administrative control functions for dormant accounts and audit requests.
Participate in process optimization projects, system enhancement testing, and local standard operating procedure updates.

skills and experience required

Minimum 10 years of experience in CDD and account static data management within banking
Knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, AML/CFT frameworks, and industry best practices.
Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact across regional operational teams.
