Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager for Govt/PSU sector to be based out in Gurgaon, fostering business growth through effective client collaboration and industry insights.

Acting as the first point of contact, you'll address client issues and ensure consistent client satisfaction. You will use your expertise to transform clients needs into actionable solutions, helping them achieve their business goals with our services.

To thrive in this role, you need to have

  • :Strong sales business acumen, with a focus on planning and leveraging tools to meet business requirements
  • .Proven skills in client engagement and management in Govt and PSU sector throughout the client lifecycle to improve relationships and drive sales growth
  • .Deep knowledge of NTT DATA's offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends
  • .Good experience in selling Networking, Data center, Cybersecurity solutions
  • .Manage and grow relationships to drive land, expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts
  • .Identify & Pursue leads
  • .Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts
  • .Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients buying process
  • .Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and then effectively articulate how NTT Data can add value through our services and solutions
  • .Influence and work closely with vendors to achieve required results
  • .Use NTT Data's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast
  • .Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to additional services
  • .Become the reliable point of contact for clients that is required to establish a strong business relationship
  • .Able to determine the best solution requirements for each client that can be deployed by other departments
  • .Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities for NTT Data
  • .Develop and/or align governance and compliance policies in own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability
  • .Monitor and control financial governance and compliance throughout an area of specialization in order to manage financial cost

Academic Qualifications and Certification

BE and or MBA Post-graduate qualification would be advantageous
