Client Manager

Description

We are seeking a Client Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including performance metrics and growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and gather feedback for service improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-6 years of experience in client management, account management, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
