*Location:* Hyderabad
*Roles:* Team Lead & Team Manager
*Team Lead:* 6+ years of experience
*Team Manager:* 8+ years of experience
*Key Responsibilities & Skills:*
Strong hands-on experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) within banking or financial services.
Expertise in client onboarding, periodic reviews, KYC/CDD, client documentation and profile maintenance.
Understanding of client due diligence, compliance requirements, risk assessment and regulatory guidelines.
Ability to manage complex cases, resolve process escalations and ensure timely completion of reviews.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, SLA adherence and process efficiency.
Coordinate with compliance, risk, operations and other stakeholders to ensure smooth process delivery.
Strong people management, coaching, performance monitoring and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates with relevant CLM experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end client lifecycle processes are encouraged to apply. Leadership candidates should have experience managing teams, driving operational performance and maintaining quality and compliance standards.
