Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage inbound leads, client agreements, and onboarding coordination for both new and existing clients.

This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth client lifecycle from inbound lead tracking to agreement management and onboarding execution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, documentation discipline, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management

  • Handle and track inbound leads from multiple channels
  • Qualify leads and assign them to relevant sales/team owners
  • Maintain lead database and follow-up status
  • Ensure timely response and proper closure tracking

Client Agreements Management

  • Coordinate preparation and sharing of agreements for new clients
  • Manage renewals and amendments for existing clients
  • Follow up for signed agreements and documentation
  • Maintain agreement records and version control

Client Onboarding & Data Management

  • Collect onboarding data and required documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding completion
  • Ensure accurate CRM/system data entry
  • Track onboarding progress and resolve delays

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a single point of contact during onboarding
  • Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support sales and operations teams with documentation
  • Maintain organized communication and client records

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Operations preferred)
  • 25 years of experience in operations, sales coordination, or client servicing
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets & CRM tools
  • High attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

  • Comfortable coordinating across teams
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Experience in SaaS / Service / B2B environment is a plus
