Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Client Management

  • Handle and supervise a team of articles or junior staff.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including attending board meetings, company incorporations, registration of foreign branches or representative offices, voluntary winding-ups, and striking-off procedures.
  • Ensure client deliverables are completed within timelines.

Company Secretarial & Compliance

  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters independently for client portfolios.
  • Provide advice on statutory requirements, corporate governance, and compliance in accordance with Companies Act 2013, Company Law, and other relevant regulations.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, including preparation of annual returns and maintenance of corporate records.
  • Maintain companies statutory registers and internal databases accurately.
  • Prepare directors resolutions, members resolutions, notices, discussion papers, and minutes of meetings.

Regulatory & Advisory

  • Knowledge and application of exchange control regulations, FC-GPR, FC-TRS, DI, ECB, etc.
  • Conduct due diligence from company secretary, FEMA, and labor law perspectives.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties such as bankers, auditors, CCM officers, and tax agents.

Analysis & Insights

  • Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry or sector trends.
  • Support consulting and client-facing activities with professional advice.
