Job Description

RevX is a Revenue Operations agency helping mid-market B2B and enterprise companies build scalable, data-driven revenue engines. We work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations — deploying strategy, technology, and execution to drive measurable growth for our clients.

We are looking for a seasoned Paid Ads Lead to own and scale paid media across client accounts. You will serve as the strategic and executional backbone of our performance marketing function — guiding our Performance Marketing Analyst, managing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, and translating business objectives into full-funnel paid media strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.

  • Mentor and guide the Performance Marketing Analyst on campaign setup, optimization best practices, reporting, and growth.

  • Own full-funnel paid media — from awareness and demand generation to retargeting and conversion

  • Develop audience segmentation, targeting frameworks, and creative briefs aligned to client ICPs

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimizations, and scaling opportunities.

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards; communicate insights to internal and client stakeholders

  • Manage budgets across multiple client accounts, ensuring efficiency and ROI

  • Collaborate closely with RevOps, content, and GTM teams to ensure paid strategies align with broader revenue goals

  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends



Requirements

Must-Have

  • 4-5 years of hands-on paid media campaign management — agency experience strongly preferred

  • Deep expertise across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Experience with programmatic advertising (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar)

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or attribution tools

  • Proven ability to manage multi-client portfolios and large budgets simultaneously

  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members

  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills

  • Familiarity with B2B buyer journeys and ABM strategies


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Clay or Apollo for audience enrichment, feeding into paid targeting

  • Knowledge of RevOps concepts and how paid media fits into the GTM funnel

  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
