We are looking for a seasoned Paid Ads Lead to own and scale paid media across client accounts. You will serve as the strategic and executional backbone of our performance marketing function — guiding our Performance Marketing Analyst, managing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, and translating business objectives into full-funnel paid media strategies.
What You'll Do
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Mentor and guide the Performance Marketing Analyst on campaign setup, optimization best practices, reporting, and growth.
Own full-funnel paid media — from awareness and demand generation to retargeting and conversion
Develop audience segmentation, targeting frameworks, and creative briefs aligned to client ICPs
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimizations, and scaling opportunities.
Build and maintain performance dashboards; communicate insights to internal and client stakeholders
Manage budgets across multiple client accounts, ensuring efficiency and ROI
Collaborate closely with RevOps, content, and GTM teams to ensure paid strategies align with broader revenue goals
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends
Must-Have
4-5 years of hands-on paid media campaign management — agency experience strongly preferred
Deep expertise across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Experience with programmatic advertising (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or attribution tools
Proven ability to manage multi-client portfolios and large budgets simultaneously
Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
Familiarity with B2B buyer journeys and ABM strategies
Nice to Have
Experience with Clay or Apollo for audience enrichment, feeding into paid targeting
Knowledge of RevOps concepts and how paid media fits into the GTM funnel
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
