Role Description
The Client Growth & Partnerships Lead is responsible for building, growing, and sustaining high-value client partnerships for Bozito. This role owns new client acquisition through strategic relationships while ensuring long-term growth through trust, insight, and alignment with Bozito's strategic philosophy. This is a leadership role for someone who understands branding, business, and people, is able to open doors, hold conversations at a senior level, and convert alignment into enduring partnerships.
Key Responsibility
Client Acquisition & Growth
- Identify and secure new strategic client partnerships aligned with Bozito's positioning and capacity.
- Lead high-level conversations with founders, CXOs, and brand leaders.
- Convert opportunities into long-term retainers, consulting engagements, and strategic projects.
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding journey in collaboration with strategy and delivery teams.
Partnership Development
- Build a strong pipeline through networks, referrals, alliances, and market presence.
- Develop partnership models beyond conventional agency-client relationships.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value.
Strategic Representation
- Represent Bozito in key meetings, industry interactions, and strategic discussions.
- Translate client business problems into clear strategic briefs for internal teams.
- Act as the bridge between client expectations and internal execution excellence.
Revenue & Performance Ownership
- Own revenue targets linked to new partnerships and account growth.
- Track pipeline health, conversion ratios, and partnership performance.
- Ensure sustainable growth without compromising brand integrity or delivery quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proven track record in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing Customer Experience
- Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate long-term client relationships and partnerships
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of branding, design, and strategy is an added advantage
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
