Client Growth & Onboarding Associate

OnceMore is hiring a Client Growth & Onboarding Associate.

In this role, you'll guide interested prospects from first conversation through onboarding and keep every follow-up moving.

Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to interested prospects and follow up with care
• Lead discovery, sales, and onboarding calls
• Understand customer needs and explain suitable options clearly
• Coordinate setup, customer questions, and next steps
• Keep accurate notes and maintain an organized pipeline

What will help you succeed
• Clear spoken and written English, active listening, and confident conversation skills
• Reliable follow-through, customer empathy, and strong organization
• Comfort with remote work and tracking conversations in a CRM or similar tool
• Experience in sales, customer success, support, or onboarding is helpful

Work arrangement: Remote from India
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 pm–5:00 am IST, including breaks; supporting customers across US time zones
