Job Description:
Selected person's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Connect and network with Founders, CEOs, MDs, HR Heads, and other Leaders of large and medium enterprise.
- Understand the problem of the prospective clients and recommend services of company and solutions to them.
- Conduct research and generate lists of potential CEOs, HR Heads, and other Leaders.
- Support the creation and execution of outbound campaigns and deploy growth-hacking strategies.
- Work on a B2B marketing communication projectand be a part of market research team.
- Work on email and social media like LinkedIn to drive traffic to the website for lead generation.
- Write campaign-driven content and B2B calling to CEOs, HR Heads, and other Leaders.
- Assist and research to prepare pitch presentations and proposals for clients.
- Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation activities, performance, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead conversion and customer acquisition.
