Job Description

We are a centrally located recruitment and headhunting firm experiencing strong growth. As we scale, we are looking for a Client Service Team Lead to deliver quality client and candidate service, lead a high-performing team and drive business growth for the next phase of expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to support business growth.

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment and customer service process, ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.

  • Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team

  • Drive the team's performance to achieve recruitment and business objectives.

  • Conduct performance management such as supervising and training recruits, driving and growing of the team's KPIs towards achieving recruitment goals

  • Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to management


Duties

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management

  • At least 3 years of leadership / supervisory experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
