Job Description

  • Ensure smooth and efficient client onboarding processes in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
  • Manage investor queries for funds and large institutional investors.
  • Coordinate and streamline client communication to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and improve operational workflows to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyse client feedback and generate actionable insights for service improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of client-focused strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Experience Operations professional should have:

  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the professional services or consultancy industry, particularly in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and operational processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance and regulatory requirements.
