Great opportunity for an experienced interior designer who wants to work at the intersection of design, client psychology, and high-value project decision-making.
We are looking for a mature and driven professional (3+ years experience) who can confidently interact with clients, understand their lifestyle needs, and guide them through early-stage design and decision processes.
This is not a backend design role.
This is a client-facing, high-impact role directly contributing to project conversions and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction & Consultation
- Handle client conversations and first-level consultation calls
- Understand lifestyle, expectations, budget, and intent
- Guide clients with clarity and confidence during early decision stages
- Design Thinking & Concept Development
- Create sample design concepts and 3D visuals for client discussions
- Work on space planning and zoning based on lifestyle needs
- Provide practical and aesthetically aligned design solutions
- Lead Handling & Conversion Support
- Manage follow-ups with warm and hot leads
- Move clients from enquiry stage to consultation and decision stage
- Support the founder in high-value discussions and closures
- Coordination & Process Management
- Maintain clear documentation of client requirements and conversations
- Coordinate with internal teams for design inputs and presentations
- Ensure smooth transition from consultation to project onboarding
- Client Psychology & Decision Support
- Understand client hesitation, confusion, and emotional triggers
- Help clients make confident and informed decisions
- Maintain a calm, structured, and professional communication approach
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years experience in residential interior design
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Comfortable handling high-value clients (₹20L+ projects)
- Good understanding of layouts, modular design, and space planning
- Ability to think beyond design and contribute to decision-making
- Mature, responsible, and highly disciplined

Compensation
