The Role

You'll be the first person every Humann client speaks to — and often the most important. From the moment someone reaches out, through their discovery call, therapist match, first session, and beyond, you own that journey end to end.

This isn't a background role. It's one of the most human, most meaningful positions on our team. If you care about people, hate loose ends, and want work that actually matters — this was built for you.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for every person who reaches out to Humann
• Guide clients through their full journey — discovery call, therapist match, first session, reminders and beyond
• Run structured follow-ups and check-ins with every lead and active client so nobody goes cold or feels forgotten
• Own client communication end-to-end in Humann's tone - warm, simple, human, never clinical
• Coordinate with our Senior Psychologist and therapist network to lock in matches, sessions, and payments
• Keep the ops engine running — live trackers, session logs, daily updates, pattern flagging
• Spot what can be streamlined or automated and work with our tech team
• Over time, support lighter intake conversations before clients meet their therapist

Who You Are

• Graduate with a psychology or counselling background is preferred
• Warm, organised, and genuinely reliable - people feel safe talking to you, and you never leave things half done
• A natural communicator - your written messages feel human, not templated
• Organised and reliable - you don't let things slip and you don't need to be chased
• Self-driven - you take initiative, flag problems early, and don't wait to be told
• Genuinely responsive by nature - this isn't a 9 to 5 mindset role
• Comfortable with basic tools - WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack
