Role objective:- To institutionalise client engagement and build a predictable, high-quality meeting pipeline for Partners and Senior Consultants by owning outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and relationship hygiene across prospects and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a structured target account list (prospects + existing clients)
- Execute intelligence-led outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) aligned to firm priorities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for Partners and Senior Consultants
- Ensure disciplined follow-ups, re-engagements, and meeting closure
- Maintain CRM / tracker with full visibility on pipeline, status, and next actions
- Support post-meeting actions: MoMs, next steps, and continuity
- Act as the single point of coordination between Partners and clients during pre-sales stages
Candidate Profile
- 36 years in B2B pre-sales, client engagement, inside sales, or account coordination
- Exposure to consulting, research, analytics, KPO, SaaS, or professional services preferred
Skills
- Strong executive communication (written + verbal)
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and CXO-level clients
- High follow-up discipline and calendar management
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce / structured Excel)
Mindset
- High ownership, structured, persistent
- Commercial curiosity; understands why a meeting matters
- Comfortable in low-volume, high-value sales environments
