Job Title: Client Engagement Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Engagement Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on acquiring new high-net-worth & mass affluent clients while also managing and nurturing existing client relationships within the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management strategies, financial markets, and investment products, and possess a proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Primedin Wealth while delivering outstanding service to both new and existing clients.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

·       Client Acquisition:

o  Identify and engage potential high-net-worth and mass affluent clients to expand the firm's client base. 

o  Develop and execute targeted business development strategies, leveraging networking, referrals, and outreach to generate new opportunities. 

o  Effectively present and articulate Primedin Wealth's services to prospective clients and successfully close new business.

 

·       Client Relationship Management:

o  Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, providing ongoing financial advice and personalized wealth management support. 

o  Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth of assets under management. 

o  Regularly review and update clients financial plans to ensure alignment with their evolving financial objectives and life changes.

 

·       Financial Planning & Investment Management:

o  Collaborate with senior advisors and portfolio managers to develop customized financial plans and investment strategies tailored to clients needs. 

o  Monitor clients portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions, risk appetite, and client objectives. 

o  Provide clients with insights and education on investment strategies, estate planning, tax optimization, and other key wealth management topics.

 

·       Compliance & Documentation:

o  Ensure all client interactions and financial plans comply with industry regulations and internal compliance standards. 

o  Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, in line with company policies.

 

·       Eligibility Criteria:

o  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 

o  Relevant certifications such as NISM, CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or other industry-recognized credentials are a plus. 

o  At least 2 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory, with a strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management. 

o  In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and risk management strategies. 

o  Proven ability to develop and cultivate a network of high-net-worth clients and prospects.

o  Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior clients.

o  Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. 

o  Strong business development acumen with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. 

o  A commitment to excellence, with a collaborative attitude and a strong work ethic.
