Job Description

Job Summary:

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, managing client expectations, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills to drive client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly
  • understand client business goals and align services and solutions accordingly
  • coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
  • conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews
  • gather client feedback and translate it into actionable improvement plans
  • maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts
  • develop client engagement strategies to drive loyalty and long-term success
  • ensure all engagements comply with internal processes and service-level agreements
