Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Territory Account Manager based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include maintaining and growing existing client accounts, identifying and onboarding new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Account Manager will work towards revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing suitable NoBrokerHood solutions. Key tasks also include achieving sales targets, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Experience in business development, account management, and territory planning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend relevant solutions
  • Experience in SaaS platforms, community management, or property technology is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
