Job Description

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for ensuring successful relationships between Neolytica- A QPharma's clients and the company, ensuring project success through alignment, execution, communication, and management. The role involves establishing the best approach for selected projects, understanding client objectives, and driving operational activities related to KOL, Targeting and Launch projects. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

This role involves providing strategic consulting to clients, delivering insights and solutions that drive business growth

Support Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client business objectives. 

Manage and supervise global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market and landscape analysis, competitor insights, and identification of KOLs, pricing experts, and community leaders. 

Supervise Local HCP targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses. 

Assist in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including SOW preparation and participation in sales meetings. 

Create, develop, and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials. 

Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks. 

Collaborate with client teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Field Teams (TLLs & MSLs), to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using Neolytica's Ti Expert platform 

Liaise with the client's internal support teams, such as IT. 

Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams. 

Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from the Technology team. 

Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects. 

Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights. 

Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope. 

 

Qualifications: 

Master's Degree or equivalent experience. 

4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services. 

Proficiency in spreadsheet Software (Excel), Project Management Software, Word Processing Software (Word), Email Software (Outlook), and Presentation Software (PowerPoint).
