struct.digital is an innovative technology firm revolutionising the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. We specialise in automating complex AEC workflows using AI, code, and bespoke custom software solutions. As we scale, our primary mission is to aggressively expand our client base across the UK, Europe, and the US markets. We are looking for a highly driven professional to spearhead our outreach and client acquisition efforts.

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic Client Engagement & Growth Lead to take ownership of our business development initiatives. In this role, you will work directly alongside the Founder to manage the end-to-end client acquisition process. You will focus on driving consultative engagements for our bespoke tech and engineering services.

This role is designed for a go-getter who wants to take the reins. You will step into a lead role immediately, with a clear trajectory to grow alongside the company and eventually build and manage your own team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Outreach: Be relentless in your pursuit of the right clients. Whether it requires picking up the phone for a cold call, deep-dive researching, or executing targeted email campaigns, you will do whatever it takes to open doors and secure meetings.
  • Pipeline & Lead Generation: Expertly utilise modern lead generation software and CRMs to identify, build, and nurture a high-quality pipeline of prospects in the UK, Europe, and US.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own and drive the majority of the business development cycle - from initial outreach and qualification to proposal and closing.
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner seamlessly with the Founder and the internal team, pulling them into the sales cycle when deep technical expertise is required to close a deal.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for struct.digital, representing the brand with professionalism and building genuine, long-lasting partnerships with industry leaders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B client acquisition, business development, or partnerships.
  • The Go-Getter Mentality: You are highly passionate, deeply curious, and unafraid of rejection. You take immediate ownership of your pipeline and thrive in an autonomous environment.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern outbound and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. You are great with people and know how to naturally establish trust and authority with decision-makers.
  • Strategic Thinker: You look beyond the immediate task, understanding the broader goal of shaping the company's market presence.
