Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication through calls, emails, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects and updates
- Maintain client records and communication reports
- Ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding process
- Coordinate with different departments for timely task completion
Requirements:
