Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Engagement Executive who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring smooth communication and coordination. The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to understand client requirements effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communication through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects and updates
  • Maintain client records and communication reports
  • Ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding process
  • Coordinate with different departments for timely task completion

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and emails
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Prior client handling or customer support experience is a plus
