Role Description The Client Engagement Executive – Fashion is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves welcoming and engaging clients, understanding their style preferences, and guiding them through Studio Bagechaa's collections to create a tailored shopping experience. The executive will manage client queries, provide product recommendations, handle order follow-ups, and maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating appointments, maintaining client records, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the design and sales teams to communicate client feedback. The role also includes supporting in-store events, assisting with visual merchandising, and contributing to the overall brand experience.
Qualifications

• Strong client-focused mindset with proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and relationship building.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional spoken and written interaction.
• Experience in Account Management, including maintaining client profiles, follow-ups, and long-term engagement.
• Background in Sales within fashion or retail, with the ability to meet targets and promote collections effectively.
• Consulting-oriented approach to understanding client needs, styling preferences, and offering personalized fashion solutions.
• Knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and interest in handcrafted, designer apparel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Comfort working on-site in a boutique or studio environment in Noida, with a flexible schedule as needed.
• Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury brands, or client servicing roles is preferred.
• Relevant education in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
